When wildfires in Eastern Washington destroyed hundreds of homes, resident John R. saw an opportunity to help. 🪚

John serves as the Major General of the United States Volunteers-Joint Services Command, a national non-profit military society composed of both prior service and civilian volunteers to support emergency operations. Inspired to bring comfort to children affected by the fires, he suggested to his fellow Timber Ridge Sawdusters to create 50 handcrafted wooden toy vehicles for children who had lost their toys in the disaster, donated through the USV-JSC.

This week, the Sawdusters were honored with a Certificate of Appreciation in recognition of their generosity by the USV-JSC Tenth Regional Commander.

🎒 Back to school and giving back!

Timber Ridge residents recently came together to organize a back-to-school supply drive for our team members. Thanks to their generosity, 60 employee families received support, providing school supplies for 125 children as they prepare for the new school year.

The best part about our location? Cougar Mountain is right in our backyard. ⛰️
