ehh… we’ll allow it. These novelty pacifiers would be ok for a quick Halloween picture, but not for daily use! Never take your eyes off them, in fact. and DON’T USE THAT CLIP OMG.
CPSC Compliant pacifier clips in the United States won't have a strap longer than 7-8", with a loop no more than 2.5" and good lord the clip WON'T just snap off! These pacifiers also are not CPSC compliant - while their construction might look OK, their packaging does not disclose enough required information to pass actual CPSC safety testing. So who knows what other corners they cut? CPSC and CPSIA testing accounts for things like lead and heavy metal content, phthalates, and solubility of hexanes in silicone, which is a component in all these pacifiers. You want that A++ grade on soluble chemicals when it's on a mouth-actuated baby product.
So, it's gonna be a no from me, but if you MUST get funny pacifiers for a Halloween picture this year, these are better than some. Switch out for a CPSC compliant pacifier ASAP!

Ready for the wedding! Race car socks: check! Strappy foam sandals: check! Uncertain glare: check! Pacifier clip: check! If there's anything better than a gorgeous autumn wedding, it's a gorgeous autumn wedding outside. And if there's anything better than a gorgeous autumn wedding outside, it's NOT losing your baby's pacifier in a mud puddle in the parking lot. But maybe that's just us? 🤣 We make some cute clips that aren't going to overwhelm or distract in photos, that's for sure!
