Farmer’s market produce!
For most people, getting nutrients the natural way—through a variety of fruits and vegetables—can be sufficient to meet their nutritional needs. Produce provides vitamins, minerals, fiber, antioxidants, and other beneficial plant compounds the natural way.
Before taking supplements, it’s a good idea to talk with your healthcare provider. Many of us would benefit more from eating an extra serving of fruits and vegetables each day.
One of my favorite places to stock up? The farmers market. Fresh, seasonal, local, and delicious. 🍓🥕🥬

Local soccer-loving friends, join in the fun and games at next week’s Sammamish Farmer’s Market!

Get ready for club soccer season with fun, comprehensive 1:1 coaching sessions. Training is led by an experienced teen soccer player and guided by a certified fitness instructor and corrective exercise specialist, helping players improve soccer skills like footwork, ball control, shooting, and speed, while also addressing individual fitness needs—from stronger hip flexors for strikers to better ankle and knee stability for injury prevention and overall athletic performance. As boys high school soccer is coming to an end, if your kid has outgrown this season’s cleats or you have other soccer items to donate, I’d be happy to pass them on to AC Pacifico Soccer Club.

I’m doing a Pop-Up conditioning class for runner’s next Monday!

When Perrigo Parkrun got cancelled this Saturday, The Plum Path at Perrigo ventured out a little further and became The Plum Path at North Bend for the day 😁!
In comparison to Perrigo Parkrun, Tollgate Farm Park Parkrun is a smaller event. Today there were 34 Parkrunners, it’s a loop de loop kinda course, on native land with farm animals along the way and stunning views of Mt Si (as you can see!) And a great community, like at all Parkrun events!
