Kitchen 101 is a modern kitchen with whole foods that are uncomplicated and always gratifying. Never frozen, never rehashed, never exactly as you would expect. Our kitchen is full of fresh foods, fresh tastes and fresh ideas. It will change the way you think about fast casual dining. Check out our chef's display case with party dips, daily dinners for two, or sides, made fresh daily to take, heat and eat. Our state-of-the-art food truck has a WOW factor as it pulls up, but the real crowd pleaser is the fresh foods hot off the grill. We can customize any menu, providing all serving pieces and beverages. We wish there was a scratch-and-sniff button, because this would be an easier sell!
