Annual assessments are due July 1st. Payments received after July 31st are considered late and will incur interest.

Thanks to the success and support of the 2026 Las Colinas Home Tour, another local organization is benefiting from this year's event.

Recently, LCA presented a $2,500 donation to the University of Dallas Church of the Incarnation, one of four featured charities selected by the participating homeowners. In total, the Tour raised $12,500 for Irving-Las Colinas-based non-profits.
