NEW YORK ISSUES CDL'S TO NON DOMICILED APPLICANTS WHO ARE NOT EVEN lawfully in the US. CALIFORNIA is just as bad. California allows individuals that have no business getting a cdl. 25% of non domiciled cdls were issued unlawfully. 17k have been revoked. The rules for english speaking proficiency go back decades. It is not new. Biden did not enforce the rules. Foreigners are getting cdls through cdl mills across the US. These drivers are putting everyone else who drives on the roads at danger. At least California revoked 17k cdls. NEW YORK HAS been given a 30day deadline to come into compliance or lose all federal funding to the State of New York. American taxpayers should not be paying into federal funding that supports California or New York. NEW YORK IS ISSUING CDLS TO NON DOCUMENTED INDIVIDUALS whos documents have already expired.
