* Air filters MUST be clean for cool air to flow properly.Check your filter every 30 days
*Keep all interior doors open to allow the return to pull heat out of all rooms.
*Never turn the AC off then back on in less than 5 minutes
*Never turn the AC off when you leave home, if you come back and turn it on it will not cool immediately, set the temperture 5 to 10 degrees higher but NOT OFF
*Set your thermostat as high and as comfortably as possible during the summer, power companies recommend turning up the setting to 78 degrees from 2pm-7pm
*Keep the blinds closed, curtains drawn, window shades drawn, and outside doors and openings closed.
Remember maintenance can not work on AC's after dark or in the rain, These service calls are also a priority and may result in more routine requests taking a little longer than usual.
