Did you know digital printing reduces setup time compared to traditional methods?
Unlike flexo, digital printing does not require plates, which allows for faster job setup and easier artwork changes.
This makes it ideal for shorter runs, multiple SKUs, or frequent updates.
It also supports variable data, meaning each label can be slightly different within the same run.
This flexibility helps brands respond quickly to market demands

Did you know barcode performance depends heavily on print quality and placement?
Barcodes require strong contrast, typically black on white, to scan reliably.
If placed over seams, curves, or textured surfaces, distortion can occur, making them harder to read.
Print clarity also matters. Ink spread or low resolution can affect line definition, especially on smaller codes.
Testing and verifying barcodes before production helps avoid issues at checkout and in inventory systems.

Did you know labels can be designed to open and close multiple times?
Peel and reseal constructions use layered materials and adhesives that allow the label to lift and reattach without losing functionality.
This creates space for expanded content like instructions, compliance information, or multi-language text without increasing package size.
From a production standpoint, these require precise registration and adhesive control to ensure consistent performance.
They offer a way to add functionality while keeping packaging efficient.
