I first started my initial journey as a Porter! I used to pick up the trash 🗑 and clean the pool on a daily basis to understand the landscaping perspective, then I escalated up to Make-ready to understand the maintenance perspective. 🔨 As of now I am working inside the office to understand the financials. 💸 The reason I am saying all of this, is because everything I do benefits my ultimate goal. Which is commercial real estate, never give up on the steps it takes to achieve your dream. I began my journey picking up trash to acquiring well over a $1,000 in leases, in a matter of 3 days!! (10 people x $100)🤑 Anything is possible!
