Eggs are seasoned with MITMITA(powdered seasoning mix used in Ethiopia. It is orange-red in color and contains ground African bird's eye chili peppers, Ethiopian cardamom (korerima), cloves, and salt) and 🍅 and 🍉 seasoned with salt, pepper and conjita cheese..

HAPPY MEAT..LESS MONDAY!! We I have taken a few weeks off posting but decided to come back stronger and better.. as I kick it up a notch, my decision to start back INTERMITTENT FASTING is due to me going thru perimenopause. I’ve started noticing more and more weight in areas that I’m not pleased and while dieting doesn’t work for me.. this method does!! My plan is to introduce possibly going several days without the meat just to see how my body reacts! Also walking 20-25 miles a week has been incorporated back into my regime… hey if you would like an accountability partner or just to join the journey out a 🪷 in the comments! 💝💝.🙊🚫🙊⛔️
