What a great project! I am so proud of the whole team. I am extremely proud of our Construct 1 team, thank you.

Today we celebrated the Isaac L. Sowers Middle Topping Out Ceremony. A tradition the symbolizes the completion of the structural phase of the project for Phase 2. We had members of the Huntington Beach City School District come out to sign the beam to help celebrate this moment. As well as members from Studio W Architects and the hard working sky crew from Junior Steel to help make this happen. Congratulations to all the hard working men and women who helped get to this point. We are excited to see the final walls of the Sowers Gym to come up!

Exciting times ahead as demolition begins on the existing Isaac L. Sowers Middle to make space for state-of-the-art facilities: a brand new gym and locker rooms as well as a playground that will take its place!
