The deepest security is not found in knowing what God will do, but in knowing God himself 🤍

We often long for a conversation, an apology, or a resolution to bring healing.

Sometimes those things come. Sometimes they don’t.

But healing is still possible, as we bring our wounds to Jesus again and again, allowing his grace, presence, and empathy to meet us there.

If you’ve ever struggled to forgive someone who hurt you, this week’s podcast offers hope, practical wisdom, and shares more about the healing Jesus wants to bring to your soul ❤️

Jesus was full of love… and he still said “no.”

Most people are surprised when I show them examples from the Bible of Jesus setting boundaries and practicing personal soul care. (It’s no wonder we overdo, get worn out, and even burnout!)

This understanding was surprising for me too. It’s something I wasn’t taught in church.

But I looked prayerfully at the life of Jesus in the Gospels and discovered that Jesus set boundaries repeatedly!

Yes, Jesus loved people deeply. He gave his time, his energy, his whole life.

But he also knew that love without limits leads to burnout. Compassion without boundaries becomes enabling. And helping without wisdom can hurt.

Jesus shows us that setting boundaries isn’t selfish. It’s a way to stay healthy, love people well, and stay faithful to God’s calling.

You don’t have to choose between being loving and being healthy. Jesus shows us how to be both.

Let’s follow his example 🙌

Sometimes you just need someone to remind you what’s still true ❤️

Especially when you’re tired.
Anxious.
Stuck.
Discouraged.
Wondering if you’re falling behind.

The heart of Christian spiritual formation isn’t about trying harder—it’s about returning to Jesus again and again. Letting his gentle voice re-center your soul.

You don’t have to be perfect to be loved.
You don’t need to have it all together to grow in emotional and spiritual health.
You don’t have to see the whole path to keep walking by faith.

These reminders are for the moments when you feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or like you’re not enough.

Save this post and come back anytime you need truth that anchors you.

You’re not alone and Jesus hasn’t let go of you 🙏
