Happy Cinco De Mayo!!! In honor of the victory against the French in Puebla, Mexico on May 5, 1862 - we highlight the city's renowned Puebla Cathedral. The Cathedral was built with Renaissance and Baroque styles, but on the façade it is also visible some transitions to the Neoclassical style. The cathedral has two very tall towers and the facade is decorated with statues of saints and there are also reliefs of the Spanish kings. Despite the typically effusive decoration, the exterior is rather austere due to its dark grey stone made of black limestone.

What are some ways you love to celebrate Cinco De Mayo?
