Project Update: UTI Welding Lab Expansion | Avondale, Arizona 🔧
 
We are expanding Universal Technical Institute’s welding lab with 24 new welding booths, and this one has been a true test of our team’s ability to adapt. With nearly 1,200 students on campus every single day, keeping construction moving safely around an active school environment is no small feat.
 
Our Arizona team has risen to the challenge and kept things on schedule throughout. Lincoln Electric starts assembly next week and we are closing in on the finish line. 👏

Meet Caroline Coffer, a Project Manager at RAM and quite possibly the most well-traveled person on our team. All seven continents. Yes, including Antarctica. 🌍
 
With over a decade of experience across Federal, Retail, Hospitality, Commercial Office, and Healthcare construction, Caroline brings so much to our team every single day. When she is not on the job she is hiking, scuba diving, or already planning her next trip around the world.
 
We are so glad she chose to plant roots with us at RAM. 💚

Proud to announce the completion of Phase 1 of a multi-phase office expansion in Chandler, Arizona. This tenant improvement involved a full demo, complete buildout, and close coordination with the owner’s low voltage, furniture, and IT/security vendors — all delivered on time despite restricted working hours and out-of-sequence work requirements.
 
Phase 2 is already in design. More to come. 👀

Last week we had the pleasure of sponsoring the “Beat the Pro” hole at the annual golf tournament in Aliso Viejo. ⛳
 
Former LPGA member was our pro on the hole and let’s just say she made it look easy. Every golfer stepped up to try and outdo her tee shot and very few were successful.
 
Beyond the competition it was a great day reconnecting with familiar faces across the industry and meeting new ones. Always a good time when the whole community comes together. 🤝
