Support systems matter both inside and outside the workplace. Encouraging open communication helps normalize conversations around mental and emotional well being. Small acts of support can have a lasting impact on someoneโ€™s life.

This month is not only about awareness but also about compassion and understanding. Health is not weakness, and asking for support should never be seen as failure. Stronger communities are built when people feel safe enough to be human.
