New works by Japanese ceramic artist 森安幸代 have arrived — and this new forest green glaze paired with soft peach tones feels truly breathtaking.
The richness of the glaze, the painterly brushwork, and the quiet storytelling hidden in each piece create a world that feels somewhere between an old oil painting and a gentle fairytale.

Every animal, fruit, and tiny detail feels alive in her hands — playful, nostalgic, yet deeply refined. These are the kinds of works that slowly reveal more charm the longer you live with them.

We’ll also be sharing more of her making process soon, because the craftsmanship behind these pieces is just as magical as the finished work itself. 🍑🌿

There’s something really special about the handmade feeling in 森安幸代 .pottery.studio work.

Every piece carries so much warmth and personality — from the soft brushwork and layered glazes to the tiny painted details that make each one feel completely unique. You can truly feel the artist’s hand in her ceramics.

Over the past few years, we’ve especially loved the soft pastel pinks and dreamy pale blues she’s been exploring in her work. They bring such a gentle summer feeling to the collection.

Last year, her dessert-inspired series became one of the highlights in our shop, so this year we invited her to create even more pieces centered around fruits, sweets, and whimsical summer themes 🍓🍨

She also created new palm tree designs especially for this exhibition 🌴

This exhibition will feature a collection of playful, delicate ceramics while still holding onto the quiet craftsmanship and hand-painted charm that make her work so loved.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll also be sharing more behind-the-scenes moments from her making process and studio work ✨
