It is also a simple way to support your overall health and reduce cancer risk. The extra sunlight is natural vitamin D boost and with longer days there’s more time after work to fit in a walk around the neighborhood.

Our society seems to always have weight loss as a goal. Sometimes people are loosing weight and don’t understand why. When this is happening it could simply be stress. It could also be the symptom of something else. Unintended weight loss should be looked into because health is the goal. Cancer treatment is more successful the earlier it begins, and the same is true for hyperthermia therapy. In our experience, patients who added hyperthermia early in their radiation therapy or chemotherapy treatment enjoyed higher chances of a complete response. In simpler terms, the earlier a patient began hyperthermia treatment, the higher the likelihood that their chemotherapy or radiation therapy destroyed their tumors.

Combining hyperthermia therapy and chemotherapy is safe, effective, and proven to help. By increasing the blood flow to a tumor, hyperthermia delivers more chemotherapy to all parts of the tumor, especially to the tumor's core, where it is difficult for chemotherapy to reach. Hyperthermia also makes the outer membrane of tumor cells more porous, which allows chemotherapy and other medications to better pe*****te the tumor cells, further amplifying the effects of chemotherapy. In addition to boosting the power of chemotherapy to destroy tumors, there are no known detrimental effects of hyperthermia therapy on healthy cells.

Hyperthermia is an FDA-approved non-invasive cancer treatment that uses ultrasound technology to raise the temperature within a tumor up to approximately 109°F (43°C). Heat directed at the tumor facilitates your body’s natural immune system to destroy the tumor and has also been shown to improve the effectiveness of chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy by increasing blood flow to the tumor.
