Well here is what we have been up to these past couple weeks!Many of us have lived in the Iowa city area for awhile, so if you ever need summer activity recommendations, stop in the leasing office and we will let you in on all the great things to do near Hawks Ridge! ☀️

We traded our desks out for dollies last week as Southgate Companies was out volunteering with Houses into Homes! We spent the afternoon moving furniture and donations to help families right here in the community feel at home.

Resident event recap!! From sweet treats, to tacos, to pizza we had so much fun and hope you to did too! In addition, our special appearance from Herky was definitely a semester highlight. Although we are done with events for now, stay tuned for fall as more is to come!! 🖤✨🐤

Today we followed around one of our LP’s Addison! She showed us some of her favorite things to do near Hawks Ridge, as she’s a resident here herself! Just down the road is Dunkin’ Coffee, Diary Queen ice cream, and Terry True blood recreation area!! If your wondering what to do in Iowa city over the summer, stop in the leasing office and Addison will help you out!☀️☀️☀️

Moving out? Here is some information on next steps!
Grab and fill out a move out form from the office. If DURING normal hours, bring key and form all in an envelope to the Leasing Office. If AFTER HOURS, drop off the envelope at the drop box!
