Creative Mellen

Herky On Parade is currently the area’s largest public art installation. One hundred Herky The Hawk statues designed by local artists, including our very own Conrad Hellman, are now being paraded all across Johnson County, Iowa for the community to visit. Special thanks to Sarah Davelaar for working with Conrad and Acres Real Estate for sponsoring the "Herky's Urban Heartland" statue.

I had wonderful experience helping RedZone Football update their branding. Special thanks to Tyler Blum for his passion and attention to detail!

With one more semester to go, Conrad writes about the journey of design collaboration. And with it have come wonderful contributions. So stay tuned for some project highlights in 2023.

The Final Step – Creative Mellen Working at Creative Mellen has been the final step in my college journey, and I'd argue it might be the step that's prepared me the most.

I’m happy to announce Conrad Hellman has joined Creative Mellen as a graphic design intern. Conrad is a member of the University of Iowa Marketing Institute and currently pursuing a BA in Graphic Design and a BBA in Marketing (Analytics).
