Personally I would choose the $10 mystery bag. If it’s useless items you’ve lost $10. Not staging can cost you thousands if you have to lower your price. Staging your home gives people looking online a picture of what it could look like to live well in your home and put it in its best position to sell quickly and maybe even for more!
