Wood fire roasted wings in the Ooni Karu 16 at about 550-600 degrees. Then tossed with Spicewalla T-Pain Dry Rubs for wings and roasted a bit more. So crispy you would think they were fried. Roasted in a Field Company cast iron skillet.

Just bring your knives in anytime we’re open, and we’ll have them sharpened and ready to go for pickup in 2 day’s time.

One of our favorite USA-made companies, Epicurean, has got some groovy new products inspired by the famous architect's design motif.

For those who haven't used Epicurean's products before, the company actually got its start in the skateboarding industry -- the material they now use to make cutting boards, utensils, tools and more is inspired from the founders' experiences building skateboard parks. It is manufactured from compressed wood fiber, and is incredibly durable, dense, and even dishwasher safe. We've been using Epicurean cutting boards for many years in our home kitchens, and it truly is a fantastic product. Come check it out at PKS soon!

There’s just something about seeing these retro quirky veggie people that makes my heart sing…but if you see them running around your garden today I would assume it’s hallucinations from the heat, and get myself inside right away. It’s going to be a hot one today - stay cool!

We used 2 of our most favorite PKS products... sheet pan and fry pan. We often reach for a fry pan for more than just frying, it's a great vessel for baking in the oven or on a grill.

HUGE NEWS! We're now selling ready-to-bake pizza dough and specialty pizza cheeses at the store!! Get everything you need for some delicious homemade pizza this weekend.

This is something we've been working on for a while now, and we're really excited to finally bring it to you...

PKS co-owner Kevin Felker has been working on his pizza dough recipe for months now, perfecting the ratios and fermentation time to allow for a light & airy, flavorful dough that'll beat any store-bought crust on the shelves. We've been eating this pizza as a family now for many, many get-togethers and celebrations, and we know you're going to love it just as much we do.

In addition to the dough, we've created a little "pizza nook" in the store, complete with a variety of specialty pizza cheeses, seasonings, sauces, toppings, etc. And don't forget to take a peak at our selection of pizza stones, peels and other tools you might need.

For more info on the dough you can visit our website, but the gist of it is it's a (minimum) 24-hour fermented Neapolitan-style dough made from King Arthur bread flour. It can make 2x 10" Neapolitan-style pizzas (our favorite), or a variety of other styles like thin crust or deep dish (full recipes on our website). We hope you'll stop by and try it soon!
