Another one coming to an end for some amazing clients! Waiting for windows to come in so we can do the backsplash, and electrical trim but paint this week! All new floors, drywall, kitchen layout with quartz counters, can lights thoughout, locker drop zone, doors all the way down the hall, and patio door with built in blinds! Don’t miss these before and after photos to come!

A little bathroom updating this past week! Took out the outdated tub and wallpaper and put in a beautiful ONYX surround with bench and corner caddy to go along with the matching vanity top!

Thanks to Verlin's Plumbing & Heating for the help on setting the base and doing the plumbing to wrap this thing up!

Had a unique one on this one. Had a customer that wanted to take out their double wall oven and replace it with a new single oven, and a microwave with trim kit to make it look like a single unit. Then to tie it all together we had a custom stainless trim piece made for the center to make it all flow together!

Took out some carpet and continued engineered glue down hardwood into their bedroom. Very nice look with 4 different sized planks.

When I say we touched every part of this property, I mean every part! You are not going to want to miss the before and after pictures of this kitchen!

We took out multiple walls and added some beams above and below the ceiling to open up the chopped up space! Replacing the ceiling heat through out the main living area, adding nearly 20 can lights and 3 fans, all new click together LVT, carpet, Holiday Kitchen cabinets, quartz counters, under/over cabinet lighting, added a pantry area, increased the laundry room size to accommodate the new/larger appliances! Along with all new brown moulded Hayfield windows to match the house! Beautiful white doors and trim throughout the house! Can’t forget the two Onyx showers(more pictures to come in following post). And can’t forget the new driveway and 12x16 utility shed out back!

Finally got my page up again running again after being locked out for quite some time! Trying to catch up on some past projects! Thanks for everyone’s support and help over the last 3 years!

Little end of the week TLC at my grandparents house. Replaced 25’ of deck boards that are as old as me!

Knocked out this 2,500sq ft vinyl flooring project down in Des Moines on Court Ave the end of this week! Opening this fall, The Firm will be the newest bar in down town!

First deck of the year we finished up two weeks ago! Turned out great to start the year!

Wrapped up another kitchen, living room remodel! Took out the load bearing wall and doubled the size of the opening to the living room. All new drywall, flooring throughout, cabinets,Quartz counters, and nice new appliances to top it off!

When your washer takes a dump, it turns into a Saturday project with your wife! The new dryer is too deep for the closet so the bifold doors went to the curb! (Didn’t get a before picture with the doors) Might have to hire Kenzie K**k for all my painting!

Here is a kitchen we wrapped up before the new year for a great customer in Carroll! All new cabinets and flooring throughout the kitchen and laundry room! A new window and trim yet to come to finish it off! Couple before and after pictures!

House entry way from the new garage we put siding on this fall! A little paint and lights then she’s ready for shelving !
