This custom home remodel in Hollywood celebrates restraint and material harmony. Layering warm wood tones, beautiful slabs, and custom millwork under an abundance of natural light.

We may neglect our social media but we do not neglect the details in our projects! This Studio City townhome remodel brought the entire downstairs together with a moody, modern palette. The custom stain and paint finishes in the kitchen and wet bar, paired with bold tile in the bathroom, give the space personality without losing its calm. We wrapped this one a few months back, but still miss the daily Mendocino Farms runs. 😄

With the 18’ pylons we poured for the deck, and every appliance necessary in the outdoor kitchen, you can invite the whole family!

This week we are turning in this new home renovation and brand new kitchen just in time for Thanksgiving 🦃😍 A wall removed to open up the kitchen to the living room, raised ceiling for a new skylight, newly finished floors throughout the house, brand new windows and doors, and of course those gorgeous walnut beams and hood cover. It’s so rewarding seeing the finished product compared to what it was a few weeks ago! More detail pictures coming in the next post 📸

This summer has been busy and we have neglected our social media, but we are so glad to finally post this amazing project for an amazing family! With the addition of more square footage for the primary bed and bathroom, and a complete home remodel we created a place where a family can come together, relax, and every now and then show off their home to family and friends. This project holds a special place in our heart because it was designed and built for people very special to us. What an honor it is to be able to create places like this for people we love.

New deck, pergola and landscape completed just in time for spring! 🌹🌿 Beautiful tigerwood decking wrapped around the house with a charming side entrance, herringbone brick patio, perfectly flush planters for a star jasmine privacy hedge (can’t wait for those to bloom!), new fruit trees and planter beds for our garden aficionado client, and all new lighting to really make the space feel like a dream 🤩 Landscape is not just grass. It is textures, elevations, colors, and flow. We think this project covers it all!
