What's summer without a Mint Julep to sip on? We're adding a little smoke to this classic for this week's Fumeworks Sunday Mixer!

First add half an ounce of simple syrup.
Add in your mint leaves
Gently muddle
Add in 2 ounces of High Rye

Smoke with our Oak Bourbon-infused Wood Chips to balance out the sweetness.

Serve with a mint sprig and enjoy the start of summer!

Let's go back to a childhood treat for this week's Fumeworks Sunday Mixer with some Smoked Mac and Cheese!! We're upgrading our game from the old school Mac and Cheese to Creamy Hatch Chili Popper Mac. Higher in protein and fiber, and so delicious. It's definitely the grownup version of what we grew up with.

For this mixer we not only smoked the Mac in the pot, but also the bowl that it will be served in, adding to the overall flavor.

It's Fumeworks Sunday Mixer Time!!!

Smoking cocktails does not mean that you have to make some elaborate drink with multiple ingredients. It could simply be a pre-made mixed drink that you like!

In this week's Mixer we're using Blue Hawaiian.

We're starting this cocktail by smoking the glass and ice cube first. Then pouring the cocktail into the glass. Express the orange peel and then add as a garnish.
