This is a place and page to follow my progress on the projects I'm working on or have completed.. I suffer from a Neurological disease called Nemaline Myopathy.
I began my wood working as a form of physical therapy to aid in my mobility. This is not life threatening but very much life altering.

My Story
I began my wood working as a form of physical therapy to aid in my mobility. I suffer from a Neurological disease called Nemaline Myopathy as well as Psoriatic Arthritis. These are not life threatening but very much life altering. I have a back ground in automotive machine work and a volunteer fire fighter. I love to use my hands to make or repair things, and wood working plays right into this very well. I have always been mechanical both automotive and home repairs, so this was just a natural direction for me to follow. I started wood working in 2008 with a display case for a friend (case in above picture) and have just expanded into different items for other friends or family. I’m not great furniture or cabinet maker but I enjoy the challenge.
