The green Guatemalan coffee beans were aged for four weeks in a High Rye barrel from West Fork Whiskey Co. before roasting. The two elements paired perfectly together!

Our first was in 2019 when we moved to Indy. Then again in 2023 in KY. Starting a roaster wasn’t just a decision, it’s been a dream. One we are pursuing slowly, one that’s evolving - thanks for joining us in supporting that dream!
