Meet Molly! Our Wednesday evening at 6 pm Outdoor Yoga Instructor. She completed her 200 RYT in 2023 at Invoke. In Molly’s class you can expect to be challenged physically, while also working towards mental clarity and emotional balance that reflects into your life off the mat.

Outdoor Yoga at historic Ruins at Holliday Park - this yoga series runs from May 24 - September

Sundays: 9:30am - 10:30am

Join us for Postnatal & Baby Yoga—a welcoming space to reconnect with your body, meet other moms, and bond with your little one.

👶 Baby friendly! Bring your non-crawling baby or come solo.

In this class, you'll:
🤍 Reconnect with your core and pelvic floor
💪 Begin rebuilding strength after birth
🌿 Relieve common aches from feeding and carrying your baby
💕 Connect with a supportive community of fellow moms

60 minutes of Postnatal Yoga followed by a brief Baby Yoga and Songs session then community time!
