Information Technology Recruiter
Position Summary:

Pinnacle Partners is a well-established staffing firm located in Indianapolis, IN. For over 20 years we have focused on providing employment and staffing solutions to clients in central Indiana and the surrounding areas.

In this role, you will perform full lifecycle recruiting for IT Professionals across multiple technical disciplines for contract, contract to hire, and direct placement opportunities. This position has responsibility for sourcing, screening, and qualifying passive and active candidates. You will evaluate applicant’s knowledge, skills and experience based upon open job requisites.

Day to day responsibilities include:
• Source and recruit candidates by using internal ATS and leveraging several sourcing tools to include job boards and other social media platforms
• Partner closely with a talented, well tenured team of Account Managers through the interview stage, salary negotiations, and final offers.
• Drive all aspects of recruitment to provide our clientele with exceptional customer service.
• Identify new sourcing strategies to find, connect and recruit IT talent.
• Continually build a vigorous network of talent.

Qualifications of a successful IT Recruiter:
• Self-driven, strong motivation, eager to get results, and money motivated
• Ability to manage a full cycle recruiting desk
• Ability to thrive in a friendly but highly competitive environment.
• Ability to succeed in an extremely fast paced environment
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service
• Ability to handle the highs and lows of recruiting
• Ability to deal with rejection
