The work doesn't stop here. While hazing prevention week is coming to a close, our commitment to a fraternity where hazing has no place continues every single day. Delta Chi is dedicated to fostering a true culture of brotherhood, care, trust, and understanding, built on teamwork and mutual respect.

The awareness, education, and story of hazing prevention don't end this week. As we look ahead, we remember Adam Oakes and honor February 27 as Adam Oakes Hazing Prevention Day. Join us as we remember Adam, keep the conversation going, and stand united for a safer, stronger community.

Make sure to officially update your rosters! While associate member reporting stays open through the end of the term, don't forget that reporting your AM numbers is what gives your chapter the chance to be featured in our weekly recruitment rankings. Keep those rosters current and make sure to submit your updates by the October 14 deadline.

Each year Delta Chi student leaders and alumni take part in the Congressional Capitol Hill Visits hosted in Washington, D.C. This experience allows participants to directly engage with lawmakers and their staffs to advocate for policies that support the fraternity experience.

Complete this application to apply to be considered to participate in the 2027 Congressional Capitol Hill visits. The purpose of the visits is to advocate for federal legislation that is important to the success of fraternal organizations across the country.

The Congressional visits will take place on February 22-24, 2027, in Washington, D.C.

Mandatory in-person training/practice will be held on Monday, February 22, and Tuesday, February 23, before visiting elected leaders and their staff on Wednesday, February 24.

These hands don’t haze. Delta Chi has stood against hazing for nearly a century. On April 22, 1929, Delta Chi became the first international Greek-letter organization to officially abolish “Hell Week” and its associated hazing practices — a decision made by unanimous vote.
