This week, our "AA" - International President Patrick Alderdice headed to Louisville for the 2026 Fraternity Executives Association Annual Meeting!

Between networking with top fraternity and sorority leaders from across the country and tackling big-picture strategies for risk management and financial success, Patrick is ensuring our chapter stays ahead of the game. Plus, you can't visit Louisville without hitting Churchill Downs.

Delta Chi is incredibly proud to celebrate Brother Kit Miyamoto, Chico '86, on receiving an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from California State University, Chico, at their spring 2026 Commencement ceremony!

Kit is the CEO of Miyamoto International, a global structural engineering and disaster management firm renowned for its groundbreaking California earthquake designs, as well as its massive reconstruction efforts in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and Christchurch, New Zealand, following the devastating 2010 and 2011 earthquakes.

This prestigious honor recognizes nearly four decades of humanitarian engineering and disaster response across more than 100 crises worldwide. Kit perfectly embodies our fraternity's values of leadership and service to humanity. Please join us in congratulating Dr. Miyamoto on this richly deserved honor!
