We are Heartbrokenโฆ. Please pray for our beloved team member, Grant Smith. While on vacation in Canada, Grant went canoeing with family on Saganagons Lake, while on water an unexpected storm hit, causing there canoe to capsize. Grant has not been located since this sad tragedy occurred on Wednesday. His family members, however, all made it to shore. The authorities and his family are doing everything they can to find Grant.
We think of ourselves as a family here at Absolute Restoration. With that being said, we are very distraught of this news. We are praying Grant is found. We are sending all of our condolences to his family and friends during this unimaginable time. So if you can, take a little time out of your day and keep our happy, kind and hard working friend in your prayers as well as his family.

Overall, Job Description:
Successful candidates will have experience in an office setting. This position assists the business owner, management team and team members with a variety of tasks including processing invoices, collecting payments, customer service follow up, answering phones, using multiple types of software and interacting with customers and suppliers.
The Office Coordinator is responsible for speaking with the customer, ongoing customer follow up, handling service complaints, helping with logistics of dispatching field personnel to jobs while ensuring that all required task deadlines are met.
The Office Coordinator will be responsible to follow up daily with our team to ensure that all required documentation, estimates and procedures are being followed to ensure customer success.
The applicant who possesses tenacity and thrives in a fast-paced environment and is detail-oriented and able to focus on many projects with varying degrees of completion will be most successful in this position.
Job Responsibilities
Answers telephone calls and resolves routine and complex inquiries.
Responsible for maintaining company calendar and technicians on-call schedule.
Understands the claims flow process- Water Mitigation, Fire, Mold, Contents and other Environmental work.
Manages data entry for each claim from the initial phone call through to completion of the project in our CRM.
Daily review of compliance tasks and all job tasks are completed on time.
Monitor and update jobs in required software making sure the job flows efficiently through to completion to maintain customer satisfaction.
Ensure daily notes and photos are entered in for all jobs, contacting relevant participants and escalating to management as required.
Provide direct support to the management for various tasks.
Weekly payroll for team members
Accounts Payable - Processing and entering invoices for subs and vendors and maintaining COIs for Subcontractors
Invoice customers as directed, following up until the account is paid in full.
Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
Previous administrative assistant experience required.
Experience and skill with Microsoft Office application (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Comfortable with using multiple types of software.
Personal time management and organization skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Dependable and adaptable to operate within a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to manage highly confidential information.
Accounts Payable experience
Accounts Receivable experience
On-call availability for after-hours calls on a rotating schedule
Job Type: Full-time
