If you didn’t activly spend time trying to build muscle when you cut your calories and lose weight, you won’t look “toned”.
Here’s how to track alcohol into your calories/macros.
When my clients come to me with a goal of fat loss I have then keep their calorie intake as HIGH as possible (while still being a calorie deficit) so theh get consistent weight loss, its more enjoyable, they have more energy, and we have room to move their calories down when they hit a plateu because we started out at a higher caloric intake.
