🎉 PARTY SERVERS WANTED! 🎂🛼

Do you love birthdays, working with people, and being the person who brings the energy to the room? Then we may have a spot for you on the United Skates Indy Party Team!

We’re looking for energetic, outgoing, responsible, and FUN people who can help us create an amazing experience for birthday families from the moment they arrive until the party is completely wrapped up.

And just to be clear — this isn’t a traditional food-service job.

As a Party Server, you are part of the birthday experience. Our guests are coming to celebrate a special day, and your job is to help make that celebration exciting, organized, smooth, and memorable.

🎂 WHAT DOES A PARTY SERVER DO?

Before the party, you’ll help prepare the space, stock supplies, get food and drinks ready, and make sure the party room looks great before the guests arrive.

During the party, you’ll welcome the birthday family, keep the party moving on schedule, serve food and drinks, assist with cake and birthday celebrations, answer questions, communicate with parents, and make sure the birthday child and their guests are having a great time.

After the party, you’ll clean and reset the room, make sure everything is ready for the next group, and help leave the space looking its best.

⭐ WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We want people who are:

🎉 FUN & ENERGETIC — You bring positive energy into the room.

😊 FRIENDLY & OUTGOING — You’re comfortable talking with kids, parents, and guests.

⚡ FAST & ABLE TO MULTITASK — Birthday parties can move quickly. You need to be able to handle several things happening at once without getting overwhelmed.

🧠 ORGANIZED & RESPONSIBLE — You can follow a schedule, stay on top of your responsibilities, and pay attention to the details.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 COMFORTABLE WITH KIDS & FAMILIES — You understand that you’re working in a family entertainment center and that great customer service matters.

💪 WILLING TO WORK — This can be a physical, fast-paced job. There will be cleaning, carrying supplies, setting up, tearing down, and plenty of moving around.

🎂 READY TO MAKE BIRTHDAYS AWESOME — Most importantly, you understand that you’re not just delivering pizza and drinks. You’re helping create someone’s birthday memories.

🛼 WHAT WE EXPECT

We expect our Party Servers to be professional, respectful, dependable, clean, and ready to work — while still having FUN.

You should be able to take direction, work as part of a team, communicate with your coworkers, and stay positive even when things get busy.

If you’re someone who stands around waiting to be told what to do, this probably isn’t the job for you.

But if you’re the person who sees something that needs to be done and jumps in to help — we want to meet you.
