Does anyone else have a pile like this? 😂 Too much filament to throw away, but not enough to trust on a full print. We use the S1+ to burn through all of these instead of letting them sit forever.

This used to be one of those tiny print farm tasks that somehow ate up way more time than it should. Now we just keep a second spool loaded and let the S1+ handle it if the first one runs out overnight.

The install is actually a lot simpler than most people expect.

The two biggest things are making sure you have a solid Bowden connection and a smooth filament path to the print head without any sharp bends or kinks.

Why we use Glue Sticks on our printers.

You don't need a massive collection of build plates. Running a full farm, we really only touch four:

• Smooth PEI for ASA (cleanest surface finish)
• Bambu Textured PEI for PLA (extra grip for tall parts)
• Cool Plate for ultra-sticky adhesion
• Engineering Plate for CF & technical filaments

Printer ran dry right at the end of a print because the filament got stuck on the spool. Whole print was ruined.

Literally built an auto-cutter to solve this exact issue and forgot to put one on this machine. Lesson learned, installed one right away.

Clipping the factory bend off fresh spools is habit at this point. Wastes an inch of plastic, saves an entire print from a feeding jam.
