Last week, we got to attend a creative problem solving workshop hosted by Ron Brumbarger. It was a great opportunity to refresh on using the Simplexity method by Basadur Applied Innovation. Our biggest takeaway was to always practice deferral of judgement when generating ideas and potential solutions. If you’re in the Indianapolis area and ever have an opportunity to attend one of Ron’s workshops, we highly recommend them. We always come away inspired to look at problems, whether internal or for a client, in a new light!

As a small business ourselves, we are passionate about supporting other small businesses and seeing our local communities thrive. This training booklet was designed for small business apprenticeship programs in small towns, which is exactly what's at the heart of Rez Design. We love working on projects like these and hope to do more like this to support our communities this year!
