Safety starts with people. 👷🌮

Last week, we hosted a safety lunch and meeting with the help of Tacos Without Borders. It was a great opportunity to bring the team together, talk through jobsite safety, and recognize the hard work our crews put in every day.

Good food, strong teamwork, and a shared commitment to getting everyone home safe. That’s what it’s all about.

Today we celebrated Chris Beezhold and all he’s contributed to the Compass team over the years.

We’re grateful for the hard work, dedication, and relationships Chris has built during his time with us. While we’re sad to see him go, we’re excited for him as he takes on a new opportunity and begins his next chapter.

Thank you, Chris, for everything you’ve brought to the team. Wishing you nothing but success moving forward. Once part of the Compass family, always part of the Compass family.

Approaching the Finish Line on the Gradex, Inc. HQ office renovation! Having partnered with Gradex on multiple projects over the years, it has been a privilege to step onto their turf and build a transformed home base tailored to their team’s future.

Working alongside Schott Design, our team has loved bringing some standout elements to life in this facility - from a full roof replacement and upgraded lighting package, to end-grain wood flooring reminiscent of older factory floors in the lobby, and an incredible new rooftop patio area.

But the real showstopper? A Gradex-branded excavator on display right in the lobby!

Thank you to the Gradex team for their continued partnership. We can't wait to cross the final finish line!

Our team traded hard hats for controllers at our company-wide Mario Kart Tournament in anticipation of the Indianapolis 500 this weekend.

Nothing better than bringing the crew together outside the office and jobsite. 🏆

We’re excited to welcome Luke Russell, Ethan Johnson, Austin Elliott, and Nathan Smith as our 2026 summer interns. From the office to the jobsite, they’ll be getting a firsthand look at what it means to build with purpose, teamwork, and integrity.

We’re excited to have them on board and can’t wait to see what they accomplish this summer.
