Last night back at league was a fun one! 746. The Theorem line of balls roll so good and the solid was a beauty last night. Winning the doubles pot with my bestie also helped make the night great too! 574 for that winner game 2!

I had such a fun time at the Indiana Fever game a few days ago! Anyone else love professional women's sports and attending their games? Because everyone watches women's sports! Let's get that win tonight, Fever!!

I was shopping in downtown Indy yesterday and came across this wonderful piece of artwork "Resilience." I had to stop and take a picture. I attached 2 pictures from my recent family trip to beautiful Montana (it's been a busy month around here)!

Resilience is of my favorite words. But its meaning can be so different to so many. What does Resilience mean to you?

To me it is overcoming. Never giving up. Trusting yourself despite the difficulties you have been through. Taking care of yourself through the hard times. Loving yourself when things don't go as well as you have planned. Overcoming adversity without losing self love. Picking yourself back up when you have fallen. Adapting because life is ever changing. 😊

Please feel free to share what Resilience means to you and how you have overcome adversity. I'm always inspired by other people's stories and lives. It is why I became a therapist, after all. 🤓
