In 48 states, there are no required standards for how mold is removed from your home, putting your family at risk for ineffective and unsafe practices.

Only 2 states require mold remediators to follow mold remediation standards such as ANSI/IICRC S520.

That's 8 million people protected.

And 334 million who aren't.

If I label something in the report ‘Immediate Concern’, that means it’s either safety or budget related and I want to you have it evaluated/resolved IMMEDIATELY. Don’t wait two months and then text me about what the contractor just found today.

I always make sure to carry extra batteries for my equipment. I’m glad I had them for this inspection. If not, the thermostat would have been dead, and I wouldn’t have been able to test any of the heating or cooling.

I guess if you’re over 6 foot, you don’t get to shower in this house.

When you just love being outside so much, you want your attic to experience it too.

I’ve seen a lot of clogged dryer vents, but never one because of pantyhose.
