Thanks be to God! What a great trip to Poland! We were privileged to be a part of a great conference sponsored by PROEM. Our friend from 21 years ago, Maui Dwulat, is the founder and executive director of PROEM. Over 150 leaders from across Poland met at Zakosciele for two intense days of equipping and encouragement. Dr. Basia presented us with SIX e2 publications now translated into Polish and available throughout the country! We then took part in the 20th anniversary of the Tomy Church, which has grown into hundreds of Christians meeting in three locations. Church was packed this morning. Several people answered the invitation and were baptized! The church now meets in PROEM’s school gymnasium because of their rapid growth. Even their school has grown from a small preschool to now being the largest Christian school in Poland with over 550 students through the 12th grade! God is on the move through his people at PROEM. It is a privilege for e2 to be a ministry partner with Maui and his team!

Another great day this week in Ohio was spent with the leadership team of Southwest Church (Ohio)! Lead Pastor Roger Hendricks gathered the team together to create new vision, mission and core values as they travel through a season of transition. After founding the church 29 years ago, Roger is preparing SC for a handing off of the leadership baton to the next lead pastor in August 2027. Thanks for inviting e2 into a partnership to help in this season. It’s particularly exciting for us as Andrew Beal, a Timothy of The Creek, serves as the executive pastor of Southwest Church! It truly was an incredible day at SC!

What a great day! Jeff Faull and I had the privilege to equip and encourage 60 leaders of churches in central Ohio today. From nine different churches, these men and women gave up a coveted Saturday to enjoy conversation with one another on four key challenges for the local church: finding and keeping volunteers, making changes effectively, creating a culture of unity and improving team relationships. Our thanks to Worthington Christian Church for their tremendous hospitality and support for many years as a partner of e2. Our thanks to Mark Senseman of Servant Solutions for their generous support and sponsorship of our regional gatherings! Mark and the Servant Solutions team are incredible people. Thanks, everyone, for leading well for Jesus and His Church.

Way to go, Lead Team at Northside Christian Church (Yorktown, VA)!! Lead Pastor Nathan Lawson and a tremendously talented team of men and women are leading NCC in a powerful way to impact Yorktown and beyond for Jesus. We had a rich four days together and saw how the Spirit of Jesus moved in and and through us to further declare that HOPE CHANGES EVERYTHING! It is so easy for us to see how the Lord enables you to move the needle of progress and growth forward. We thank the Lord that He made our paths cross back in 2022 and that these four years in partnership continues to bear fruit for God’s glory alone.

Way to go, Jeff Faull! Jeff is wrapping up a site visit to the sunny (and hot) state of Florida. Our thanks to the Tampa area pastors for the invite for e2 to bring some encouragement and equipping to this great group of men serving Jesus and His Church!

The Lead Team at Fortville Christian Church (Fortville IN) had a great time working together this week! Elders, staff and key volunteers put pen to paper as the Holy Spirit moved in and among us to create vision, mission and values to further the impact of FCC in the Indy metro and beyond. It is easy to see Jesus working through His people at FCC to advance the kingdom of God! Thanks for the partnership with e2.

Tremendous work! Great fun! Good times! God is on the move at TheFountain Church (Fountaintown IN)! The Spirit inspired 24 men and women to develop a three-year strategic plan to impact their corner of the Indiana and beyond for Jesus! Way to go, Pastor Josh for gathering an excited, visionary, and committed group of Jesus followers to dream and work together for the glory of God!
