This isn’t just the end of a business—it’s the closing of a chapter filled with laughter, late nights, celebrations, friendships, and memories we will carry forever. What started as a dream became a second home because of you.

To our loyal customers: thank you for choosing us again and again, for filling our tables, cheering at the TVs, sharing stories at the bar, and making Gatsby’s a place that felt alive every single day.

To our employees—past and present—you are the heart of Gatsby’s. Your hard work, dedication, and genuine care for our guests made this place special. We could never have asked for a better team or a better family.

Fourteen years ago, we opened our doors hoping to build something meaningful. Thanks to all of you, we did more than that—we built a community.
