of Events for “No Brakes No Gears No Fears” Competition

Series Owner/Founder Anthony 'The British Bulldog' pleased to also announce returning sponsors including Orange County Choppers/O.C.C., Methanol Moonshine, Burromax
& S100 Cycle Cleaner

Press release for immediate release

Palm Coast, FL.--November 15, 2022 – In what has become one of the most looked-forward to and exciting off-season series, the Extreme International Ice Racing Series/XiiR is pleased to announce their current schedule for the 2023 winter series of ice racing competition. Owner/promoter Anthony Barlow, himself a former multi-time international ice series racing champion, made the announcement earlier this week for what will surely be another great season for the 'no brakes-no gears-no fears' series.

“We're very happy to announce that we have signed six venues for our upcoming & current seven-race season,” stated Barlow. “In what will be our 20th season of operation, we have a big slate of new & returning venues to make up our series of exciting competition, and we are still working on the possibility of adding 1 or 2 more events to our schedule. We also have our four main & returning sponsors in Orange County Choppers, Methanol Moonshine, Burromax, and S100 Cycle Cleaner along to help us out again. We have a big slate of returning riders from all over the world that will be on hand, some of which have been riding in our series since it's inception in 2003. Some of those include 3-time defending XiiR Ice Racing Champion & New Jersey resident Jay Maloney, Indianapolis-area residents Colby Long and Jim Terchila, who has raced our Speedway events in XiiR for 14 years, Stoney Ray, last year's Quad Champion, and Sean Neil, also a previous Quad Champion.

“One of those riders, bassist Scott Wilson, formerly of the Ta***ic band and most recently a member of the Saving Abel band, will also be competing this season. Wilson has penned & produced some great music tunes/videos to go along with our fire-brand of fast competition on the indoor ice. But we also welcome any/all local riders to all of our events as well.

“Our typical event runs 2-2 ½ hours long from start-to-finish, and will include Speedway bikes, Quads & 450 flat track bikes. At some events that will be announced in the future, we will also have trikes, go-karts & kids classes,” continued Barlow. “We are certainly looking forward to everyone bringing out the family to see the great racing & competition that we have to offer on the ice-covered confines of these great arenas, and we hope to see you all there!”

Please join us in celebrating and pushing forward the good news of Raffle Racing's naming up-and-coming Wisconsin rider Ezra Brusky to their team to compete in the 2022 Progressive American Flat Track Singles Series championship.

Raffle Racing's Jim Terchila & Bob Berry Would Like
to Announce Addition of Ezra Brusky #35 to their Team
Effort for the 2022 Parts Unlimited American Flat Track
Singles presented by Kicker Season

Team leaders Jim Terchila/Indianapolis & Wisconsinite Bob Berry
officially welcome fellow Wisconsin resident to the team alongside
2nd-year team member & 3rd-year AFT competitor
& Indy resident Kasey Sciscoe

Press release for immediate release

Indianapolis, IN. – February 23, 2022 – Jim Terchila & Bob Berry, under their recently re-branded Raffle Racing team, would like to welcome 2nd-year professional rider Ezra Brusky of Milwaukee, WI. to their team for the upcoming Progressive American Flat Track season. Brusky, in what will be his sophomore season in the AFT Singles Series, will become an official team rider for the team after receiving 'unofficial' help throughout his maiden year in 2021. Brusky's machines will carry the #35 based on his 16th-place finish (after qualifying in the 20th-place spot) in last year's Chicago Half-Mile round, after carrying the #135 last season.

“We felt like it would be a good opportunity to bring Ezra into the fold (& under the tent, so to speak) for this year to head up our branching out into a two-rider team for the 2022 season,” said Terchila. “Last season we all pitted together anyway & we were able to give Ezra & his Dad some mechanical help & knowledge where we were able to & as an up & coming rider in the very competitive class thought this would be a good time for us to expand our team with Ezra as a young, but very capable rider to build on our resources, while also continuing our upwards trajectory in the Production Twins Class. He & our 2nd-year rider Kasey Sciscoe, will also be able to build on Ezra's knowledge with Kasey's vast background riding singles as an amateur racer and the previous two seasons in the AFT professional ranks. We're going to have Kasey's Dad, Mike, over helping Ezra out with his big bag of tricks garnered over the years wrenching Kasey's singles machines, while Clayton Criswell will be handling the wrenching duties for Kasey.”

“I am super excited to join Raffle Racing in 2022 & up my game with a legend like Bob Berry & some great help in the pits from Mike Sciscoe & the rest of the Raffle Racing team,” stated Brusky, “and I also couldn't ask for a better person than Kasey Sciscoe to have as my first professional teammate. I hope to make at least half the AFT main events this season & qualify for the show in every race I enter this season. I am very honored to run #35 for the 2022 American Flat Track season in honor of Charlotte Kainz (who sadly passed away at the young age of 20 after a racing incident at Santa Rosa in September 2016), who I met at my first flat track race in 2010 at Aztalan Cycle Club before I had ever even ridden a motorcycle. I hope I can make her & Jack Kainz proud this year. I am lucky to have been supported by so many great people in District 16 over the years to get me to American Flat Track.”

“Our regular sponsors Thunder Pro, C&C Cycle & Cars and Western Power Sports' Fire Power division will continue to be our major sponsors for us again in the 2022 season, alongside Kasey's personal sponsors Dreyer Motorsports, KMA Racing & JG Lubricant Services & Ezra's personal sponsors Moto-Scoot Milwaukee, Gingras/Thomsen/Wachs Lawyers & Tom Loos Photography for his Honda CRF450F mounts. Ion Stear's 19 Cycle Works also provides sponsorship for Ezra as well as for our Mission Production Twins presented by Vance & Hines Kawasaki 650 Ninja-based mounts,” continued Terchila, “and we're really looking forward to kicking the new season off together on March 10-11 at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, FL.”

1) Raffle Racing's team principle's Bob Berry (L) and Jim Terchila (R) flank their team wrench Clayton Criswell and newly-announced rider Ezra Brusky during an American Flat Track event during the 2021 season. Raffle Racing, with this new announcement, will be adding Brusky to their team as they branch out into the 2022 Parts Unlimited American Flat Track Singles presented by Kicker class. The team will again field rider Kasey Sciscoe in the Mission Production Twins presented by Vance & Hines class for the upcoming season set to kick off in Barberville, FL. on March 10-11.

2) Team co-owner Bob Berry (R) talks set up with AFT Singles Class rider & fellow Wisconsinite Ezra Brusky during a Progressive American Flat Track event during the 2021 season. Brusky received 'unofficial' help from Berry and his partner, Jim Terchila, as well as team wrenches Mike Sciscoe and Clayton Criswell throughout the 2021, "so bringing him 'under the tent' for the 2022 season seemed like a great fit for all" according to Terchila.

3) Ezra Brusky #135 prepares to roll out for a practice session at the Chicago Half-Mile in May '21 on his Brusky Racing Honda CRF450F. Brusky qualified in the 20th-place spot out of 36 riders at the Joliet-hosted round, and was able to make the main and garner an eventual 16th-place finish in order to gain his National number. He will wear the #35 for the 2022 season to honor one of his hero's, Charlotte Kainz, who tragically passed away after a racing incident at Santa Rosa in September '16. Brusky's addition to the Raffle Racing team will see the team field two riders in the AFT series, with Production Twins rider Kasey Sciscoe looking to build on his solid maiden voyage on a Twins machine in his initial season in '21.

Thanks to all for the support and Raffle Racing looks forward to seeing you all at the track in the 2022 season!

Jim Terchila & Bob Berry/Berry Brothers Racing-the newly Re-branded Raffle Racing-Want to Take the Time to Thank all of their Sponsors for a Great 2021 American Flat Track Production Twins Year

Terchila, former promoter of now-defunct Mid-America Speedway in Indy & Berry Brothers Racing
grateful for all of their sponsors who supported their efforts in 2021

Press release for immediate release
Indianapolis, IN. – January 24, 2022 – Jim Terchila and Bob Berry, now newly re-branded as Raffle Racing (a play on the fact that Jim won their first race bike in a Facebook ticket raffle), just want to take this time before the start of the 2022 American Flat Track Mission Production Twins presented by Vance & Hines season to thank all of their sponsors & supporters from the previous season who made it possible for them to attend every AFT Production Twins Series event.

“If not for the following businesses and people, there would have been no way possible for Bob & I to have been able to contest our first full season together in the Production Twins Class,” stated Terchila. “Thunder Pro motorcycle repair out of Greenfield, IN., 19 Cycle Works out of Hebron, IL., C&C Cycle & Cars with Clayton Criswell out of Frankfort, IN., Western Power Sports' Fire Power division, Wiseco Piston, Dreyer Motorsports on Indy's west side, PowerSeal USA, Eric Collins, Don Romack, and of course my wife, Holly Terchila, all made this solid season a great year for us. Along with our newly-signed rider, Kasey Sciscoe, we managed to finish the season in a respectable 16th-place overall.

“After starting the year off with another rider, we switched gears just after the Dallas rain out in early spring and brought on Kasey Sciscoe out of Camby, IN (just southwest of Indy.) He's a former class champion at our former track at Mid-America Speedway, but had never ridden a Production Twins bike before this time. Between mechanical issues and some other logistics, Kasey did a great job in garnering two 9th-place finishes on the year and six top-12 finishes in the nine races where we qualified for every main event,” continued Terchila.

“Our primary bike is a 750cc Kawasaki/Big A bike that was originally built & raced by Chad Cose, and then later by Jay Maloney. This is the bike I won in a Facebook raffle for $350, hence our new re-branding of the team name to Raffle Racing for the 2022 season. And we have some big additions in store for the upcoming year which we hope to have completely finalized and able to announce sometime in the next few weeks before the season kicks off at Volusia Speedway Park in Barberville, FL on March 10,” added the team co-owner of Raffle Racing, “and although we are really looking forward to the upcoming 2022 season, without the aforementioned people and businesses, none of this would have been or would be possible, so hats and helmets off to them for standing behind us throughout our journey, we are very grateful for their support,” concluded Terchila.
