Metropolitan Opera Laffont Competition - Indiana District

We had a wonderful day yesterday, hearing performances from 27 talented young opera singers as they took the stage at the Christel DeHaan Fine Arts Center on the University of Indianapolis campus! Thank you to Indianapolis Opera for hosting the Indiana District, and congratulations to all of our incredible competitors! Our judges, Dan Novak, Kathy Olsen, and Tichina Vaughn selected three winners who will go on to compete in the Central Region in Chicago in January. What better way to celebrate World Opera Day!
