🌟 Intern Spotlight🌟

We’re excited to introduce Lauren Ulm, one of our MSW interns at Tangram!

Lauren is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Indiana University Indianapolis, with a focus in Community and Organizational Leadership.

During her time at Tangram, Lauren is excited to learn more about the behind-the-scenes work that helps move our mission forward and how that work directly impacts the individuals we serve and the services they receive.

Fun fact: Outside of school and her internship, Lauren teaches ballet and has been involved in dance for a big part of her life!

Advocacy matters! We’re encouraged to see this progress and grateful to the individuals with disabilities, families, advocates, and organizations across Indiana who continue to share their experiences and speak up about the impact of changes to Medicaid waiver services.

Thank you to The Arc of Indiana for continuing to elevate these voices, share critical information, and advocate alongside Indiana’s disability community.

There is still work ahead, but moments like this are an important reminder of what can happen when our community comes together and makes its voice heard.
