The U.S. Army Reserve celebrates its birthday on April 23 every year, marking its founding on April 23, 1908, when Congress authorized the Medical Reserve Corps. On April 23, 2026, the Army Reserve celebrates 118 years of service, recognizing its 200,000+ soldiers and civilians as a vital operational force. AUSA Indiana Chapter helped the 310th celebrate during is Battle Assembly.
310TH CELEBRATES THE 118TH ARMY RESERVE BIRTHDAY Sunday, April 19th, members of the 310th HHC celebrated the Army Reserve’s 118th birthday. Soldiers, Civilians, family, and friends celebrated the milestone with a ceremony highlighting the heart of the organization - People.

2026 Education Scholarship applications are out!
Several scholarships up to $2000 each will be awarded to students pursuing an undergraduate degree. Applicants must be high school seniors, college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors. This scholarship is not for post-graduate study.

AUSA Crossroads of America Chapter was thrilled to provide the cake for the National Guard's 389th Birthday Celebration!
Indiana Governor Mike Braun celebrated the National Guard's Birthday (Dec 13, 2025) by joining the Adjutant General (TAG) Major General Lawrence “Larry” Muennich and other guardsmen to cut a large birthday cake with a ceremonial sword, a tradition symbolizing service and honor.
