Provision builds a new American menu from locally and regionally sourced ingredients including produce from CRG’s own greenhouse, CRG Grow.

Provision's beverage options include an full bar with wine and spirits, along with a variety of cocktails. The Provision experience, true to its name, provides our guest with the components to create a culinary journey through the menu, engaging service to guide the way, and an extensive wine list to delight the night.
