What were they thinking???? The post jack appears to hold up the damaged eave from previous weight of the window unit being supported by attaching to the eave.......now we use buckets and a beer b**g to remove condensation from the unit.........when you think you have seen it all.........you have not!

Thoughts on whether an electric water heater in a garage needs to be elevated?

Should these overhang trusses be hangered or is it acceptable to be toenailed on a ledge above?
