🏀 We’re one week away from coed basketball clinics.
Starting Wednesday, Aug. 5, kids ages 2–12 can build their skills, grow more comfortable on the court and have fun learning the game.

🏈 NFL Flag Football is exactly two weeks away.
Kids ages 6–12 can develop their skills, learn teamwork and enjoy six games over a seven-week season. The co-ed league begins Tuesday, Aug. 11.

Jeremy is one of our awesome small group training instructors! "I would highly recommend trying our small group training because it promotes health and wellness as a whole." Jeremy also said that enjoys teaching because he gets to watch the dynamics of people working together in a group setting.
