A note from our newest team member:
Hello! My name is Justin and I’m currently a Junior at Purdue University in Indianapolis studying Mechanical Engineering Technology. I’m excited to share that I’ve recently joined BUV as a Co-Op Engineer at the Institute of Affordable Transportation!

I look forward to contributing to the design and development of new vehicle models, while also supporting the assembly and production of our outgoing vehicles. This opportunity also allows me to apply my automotive background.

Outside of engineering, I enjoy spending time on hobbies such as Build kits, Fishing, Photography, PC gaming/building, 3D printing, and Motorcycles! These reflect my curiosity for how things work and my passion for building, learning and exploring

I’m grateful for the opportunity and look forward to learning from the team, contributing to innovative and accessible vehicle solutions, and continuing to grow as an engineer.

Commute & road-trip transformation. We tested Robotaxi and Waymo last weekend. Cost $5 to drive 3 miles into downtown Austin. We tried to throw the program off with audio commands…no luck. The older folks will love this too…once they trust it.
