Thanks to our faithful volunteers and students, we were able to harvest and distribute hundreds of pumpkins this fall. The Str8Up garden is such a unique setting for our students to learn about hard work and Godly principles related to planting, harvesting and farming!

Shout out to the Marion College Wrestling team for the strength and hours of service that they gave last weekend. Here they are hauling 30ft telephone poles, to our low ropes area, for a new obstacle course!

As schools are staring back up, we are thinking about our 2023 grads who have just completed their high school journeys!! It’s so awesome to think back through all the years we’ve shared with them. We are so proud and love to celebrate their accomplishments!! Yes we will miss them, but we are praying for their futures and so thankful that they’re forever a part of the Str8Up Family! They handed off the baton, per Str8Up tradition, for the incoming senior class and we are excited for this school year ahead.

It has been a full and exciting summer at Str8Up but nothing beats celebrating new life!! This young man wanted to publicly display his commitment to Christ for all that He has done for him. He has seen the Lord work in some awesome ways and we are so excited for his future as we know there are big things in store for his life!!

We had another epic trip to Perfect North Slopes this year! Snowboarding, skiing and making it all the way to the bumpers at the end of the tube run made for an awesome day!

We were able to get two awesome college visits in before the cold arrived! Both IU and Purdue were a hit with prospective students! Great tours, encounters (including a testimony from one of the admissions directors at P.U.) and visits with our wonderful ‘22 grads on their campus!

A few weeks back we loaded up on the bus and drove to northern Michigan to join with a few hundred students, from different youth groups, for the annual “Where U At” weekend. Mr. Aaron talked about our identity in Christ and we had an awesome time learning and growing together!

The waves at Lake Michigan provided an awesome time for our 2022 L.I.T. trip to the Dunes! We were able to get away for a weekend with several of our Class of ‘22 grads before they started their next big adventures! Great fun, great views, great people & great memories!!

Summer camps included our low ropes course, field games, pond time, trips to Eagle Creek, and learning about teamwork in God’s creation. We really enjoy hosting different groups from around our city during the summer!
