Our next LEAN meeting is Thursday, August 20th at 6PM at the Local 120 Union Hall.

Laborers Escaping Adversity Now (LEAN) is a judgment-free monthly meeting by Laborers, for Laborers who are struggling with addiction, recovery, and/or mental health.

Whether you’re looking for support for yourself or a family member, you don’t have to go through it alone. This meeting is open to Local 120 members and their families.

We meet every third Thursday of the month at 6PM. Come as you are. No judgment. Just support.

Day 4 of our Concrete Class, and that’s a wrap!

A huge thank you to our apprentices who stepped up for this elective class, put in the hard work, and gave back to their union while building new skills to strengthen their careers. The new sidewalk to our pavilion is something our members will enjoy for years to come, and it’s a testament to the quality craftsmanship and pride of our future journeyworkers.

Great work to everyone involved. The future of Local 120 is in good hands!

🚧 Day 2 of our 4-day Concrete Class and today is POUR DAY! 💪🦺

15 of our apprentices are getting hands-on experience right here at Local 120 through a special elective concrete class held at the hall instead of the Indiana Laborers Training School in Bedford. This training gives our apprentices the opportunity to sharpen the skills they’ll use on the job while leaving a lasting impact here at their Union hall.

Even better, they’re building a brand-new sidewalk leading to our pavilion, something our members and their families will enjoy for years to come, including at this year’s Labor Day Party.
