Today is the due date for the first Fall 2026 billing statement and the last day to enroll in Butler's 4-month Monthly Payment Plan.

✅ Pay your Fall 2026 bill today.
✅ Want to spread out your tuition payments? Enroll in the 4-month payment plan before the end of the day. Remember, your first payment and the $25 non-refundable enrollment fee are due when you enroll.

Take a few minutes to check your account and make sure you're all set for the semester ahead. 💙🐾

Students can view posted payments, charges, and credits through the E-Bill & E-Pay system. It's a quick way to confirm when payments are received and keep track of your account.

🔹 Authorized Payers: Log in with your E-Bill & E-Pay username and password

➡️ Select Statements
➡️ Account Activity (updated once each business day)

Charges and credits are posted, including the date posted. Anticipated Aid will not be visible until after it is disbursed on the 5th day of classes.

From there, you can update your:
🏠 Home Address
📬 Local/Off-Campus Address
📞 Phone Number
📧 View your Butler email address

If someone helps with your educational expenses, now is a great time to add them as an Authorized Payer so they can receive e-bill notifications, view your account activity, and make payments—without sharing your Butler login.

Here's how:
📱 Log in to my.butler.edu
➡️ Select PS Campus Solutions
➡️ Open Student Center
➡️ Under Finances, click View Bills
➡️ Select My Account
➡️ Click the ➕ under Payers
➡️ Enter their first name, last name, and email address

Once added, your Authorized Payer will receive an email with instructions to create their account. If they don't see it, be sure to check the Spam or Junk folder.

Get everything set up now so you're ready when the first fall bill arrives! 🐾

Getting started is easy! Log in to the Butler E-Bill & E-Pay (Transact) system, click "Enroll in a Payment Plan," review the payment schedule, accept the terms, and submit your first payment.

📌 Remember: Your first payment is due at the time of enrollment, so have your payment method ready!

💳 Enrollment for the Fall 2026 Monthly Payment Plan is now open! If you'd rather spread your tuition and fee payments over four monthly installments, you can enroll through the E-Bill & E-Pay system.

A few important reminders:
✔️ Your first payment and the $25 non-refundable enrollment fee are due at the time you enroll.
✔️ Payment plans must be re-enrolled each semester—they do not automatically renew.
✔️ Students and Authorized Payers can enroll online.
